复肾汤治疗湿热瘀阻型过敏性紫癜性肾炎的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨复肾汤治疗湿热瘀阻型过敏性紫癜性肾炎(Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis,HSPN)的临床效果。方法:选择阳江市中医医院内二科2019年10月-2021年2月收治的90例湿热瘀阻型HSPN患者。采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组45例。对照组采用雷公藤多苷片治疗,观察组采用复肾汤治疗。治疗3个月,比较两组临床疗效,比较治疗前后症候积分、实验室指标及不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后症候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后尿红细胞计数、24 h尿蛋白定量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未发生严重不良反应。结论:复肾汤治疗湿热瘀阻型HSPN效果优于雷公藤多苷片,有助于减轻临床症状,降低实验室指标,安全性好。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Fushen Decoction in the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis (HSPN) of damp-heat stasis type.Method:Ninety patients with HSPN of damp-heat stasis type in the second department of internal medicine of Yangjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to February 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Tripterygium Glycoside Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Fushen Decoction.After 3 months of treatment,the curative effects of the two groups was compared,the syndrome scores,laboratory indicators before and after treatment,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the syndrome score of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);urine red blood cell count and 24 h urine protein quantitative in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);there were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:The effect of Fushen Decoction in treating damp-heat stasis type HSPN is better than Tripterygium Glycoside Tablets,which can help relieving clinical symptoms,reducing laboratory indicators,with good safety.
