排便管理在心内直视术成人患者围手术期中的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:分析在对接受心内直视术的成人患者进行围手术期护理的过程中,排便管理方式的临床应用效果。方法:选取2019年2月-2020年2月于高州市人民医院接受心内直视术治疗的78例成人患者,采用随机抽签的方式将患者随机分成观察组和对照组,每组39例。对照组实施传统围手术期常规护理,观察组实施围手术期排便管理的护理干预方法。比较两组术后排便时间、总住院时间及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组术后排便时间、总住院时间均优于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:接受心内直视术的成人患者在围手术期采用排便管理的护理干预方法,能够缩短术后排便时间,减少术后并发症发生率,缩短住院时间,具有显著临床价值。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of defecation management in the perioperative period nursing of adult patients with open heart surgery.Method:A total of 78 adult patients undergoing open heart surgery in Gaozhou People’s Hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to random drawing,39 cases in each group.The control group was given the traditional perioperative period routine nursing,and the observation group was given the nursing intervention of perioperative period defecation management.Postoperative defecation time,total length of hospital stay and complications were compared between two groups.Result:The postoperative defecation time and total length of hospital stay in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:For adult patients undergoing open heart surgery,the nursing intervention of defecation management in perioperative period can shorten postoperative defecation time,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and have significant clinical value.
