川芎嗪对社区获得性肺炎合并缺血性血管疾病BALF中细胞因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察川芎嗪辅助治疗社区获得性肺炎(CAP)合并缺血性血管疾病对肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中细胞因子的影响。方法:选取2019年6月-2020年12月在宿州市立医院新入院的CAP合并缺血性血管疾病患者为研究对象,共50例,随机分为川芎嗪组和非川芎嗪组。两组均按照常规处理,包括抗感染、祛痰、舒张支气管等。在此基础上,川芎嗪组加用盐酸川芎嗪治疗。比较治疗前后两组BALF中的丙二醛(MDA)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、髓过氧化物酶(MPO)、白介素6(IL-6)、白介素-8(IL-8)、白介素-10(IL-10)、核转录因子-κB1(NF-κB1)和高迁移率族蛋白-1(HMGB1)的含量。结果:两组治疗后BALF中的MDA、TNF-α、MPO、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10、NF-κB1和HMGB1含量均低于同组治疗前(P<0.01)。治疗后,川芎嗪组BALF中MDA、TNF-α、MPO、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10、NF-κB1和HMGB1含量低于非川芎嗪组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:川芎嗪注射液可有效地减轻CAP合并缺血性血管疾病患者的炎症反应。Objective:To observe the influence on cytokines in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) in the adjuvant treatment of community acquired pneumonia (CAP) with ischemic vascular disease with Ligustrazine.Method:A total of 50 patients of CAP complicated with ischemic vascular disease in Suzhou Municipal Hospital from June 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into Ligustrazine group and non Ligustrazine group.Both groups were treated with anti-infection,expectorant and relaxing bronchus.In addition,the Ligustrazine group was treated with Ligustrazine Hydrochloride for Injection.The levels of malondialdehyde (MDA),tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),myeloperoxidase (MPO),interleukin-6 (IL-6),interleukin-8 (IL-8),interleukin-10 (IL-10),nuclear factor-κB1 (NF-κB1) and high mobility group protein-1 (HMGB1) in BALF were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:The levels of MDA,TNF-α,MPO,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10,NF-κB1 and HMGB1 in BALF of the two groups after treatment were lower than those of the same group before treatment (P<0.01).After treatment,the contents of MDA,TNF-α,MPO,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10,NF-κB1 and HMGB1 in BALF in Ligustrazine group were significantly lower than those in non Ligustrazine group (P<0.01).Conclusion:Ligustrazine injection can effectively reduce the inflammatory reaction of CAP patients with ischemic vascular disease.
