胆脂瘤型中耳炎患者采用完璧式乳突根治鼓室成形术的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探究对胆脂瘤型中耳炎患者施行完璧式乳突根治鼓室成形术治疗的效果。方法:选取2018年6月-2020年6月咸宁市第一人民医院86例胆脂瘤型中耳炎患者。借助信封随机法将其分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组施行开放式鼓室成形术,观察组施行完璧式乳突根治鼓室成形术。随访1年,对比两组总有效率、骨导阈值、气导阈值、气骨导差、并发症发生率及复发率。结果:观察组总有效率(93.02%)高于对照组(72.09%)(P<0.05);观察组术后1年骨导阈值、气导阈值、气骨导差均较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率及复发率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对胆脂瘤型中耳炎患者施行完璧式乳突根治鼓室成形术切实可行,并发症较少,更有助于听力恢复,且复发率较低。Objective:To explore the effect of Complete wall mastoidectomy tympanoplasty for patients with cholesteatoma otitis media.Method:A total of 86 patients with cholesteatoma otitis media in Xianning First People’s Hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected.With the help of envelope random method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 43 cases in each group.Open tympanoplasty was performed in the control group and complete wall mastoidectomy tympanoplasty was performed in the observation group.The total effective rate,bone conduction threshold,air conduction threshold,air bone conduction difference,the incidence of complication and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups during 1-year follow-up.Result:The total effective rate in the observation group (93.02%) was higher than that in the control group (72.09%) (P<0.05);the bone conduction threshold,air conduction threshold and air bone conduction difference in the observation group were lower than those in the control group 1 year after operation (P<0.05);the incidence of complications and recurrence rate in observation group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:It is feasible to perform complete wall mastoidectomy tympanoplasty for patients with cholesteatoma otitis media,with fewer complications,more conducive to the hearing recovery,and has lower recurrence rate.
