摘  要:薏苡营养价值高且是中药配方的重要组分,为典型的药(医)食同源作物,已经发展为极具区域性的特色杂粮作物。薏苡是C_(4)高光效作物,但籽粒单产相对较低,有效提升育种水平已成为提高薏苡产量的关键因素。为薏苡高产品种的选育提供思路,从薏苡属作物科学本源出发,阐述当前薏苡种质资源、遗传基础、品种选育与利用的研究现状,并提出薏苡属作物遗传改良和品种选育方向。Coix lacryma-jobi is a crop with high nutrition value and an important component of traditional Chinese medicine, which can be used as medicine and food. It has been developed as the characteristic coarse cereal with regional features.C. lacryma-jobi is a C_(4)high photosynthetic efficiency crop, but the grain yield is relatively low, and thus the improvement of breeding level has become the crucial factors to increase the yield of C. lacryma-jobi. From the perspective of scientific origin of C. lacryma-jobi, the research status of germplasm resource, genetic basis and variety breeding and utilization of C. lacryma-jobi are reviewed, and the direction of genetic improvement and variety breeding of C. lacryma-jobi is put forward as well to provide the thinkings for the breeding of high-yield C. lacryma-jobi cultivars.
