摘 要:为提高振动台电源运行的稳定性和可靠性,笔者提出一种基于ARM(Advanced RISC Machines)微处理器的电源监控系统设计方案。该方案将ARM微处理器作为嵌入式监控终端的核心处理器,采用Linux嵌入式操作系统作为软件运行环境,利用ARM微处理器实现对整个电源监控系统的通信、监测与控制操作,并采用底层驱动、操作系统、支持库和应用软件四层软件结构,保证软件系统能够稳定运行。针对外围设备通信问题,主要利用I/O数字端口、CAN(Controller Area Network)通信总线实现与外围模块的数据通信,同时利用网线实现与远程监控终端的通信。测试结果表明,该方案能够保证电源监控系统连续长时间保持稳定运行,具有可行性。In order to improve the stability and reliability of vibration table power supply,a design scheme of power supply monitoring system based on ARM microprocessor is proposed.In this scheme,the ARM microprocessor is used as the core processor of the embedded monitoring terminal,the Linux embedded operating system is used as the software running environment,the ARM microprocessor is used to realize the communication,monitoring and control operation of the whole power monitoring system,and the four-layer software structure of bottom driver,operating system,support library and application software is used to ensure the operation reliability of the software system.Aiming at the communication problem of peripheral equipment,the data communication with peripheral modules is mainly realized by using I/O digital port and can communication bus.At the same time,the communication with remote monitoring terminal is realized by using network cable to realize remote and on-site monitoring of power supply at the same time.The test results show that the scheme can ensure the safe and stable operation of the power monitoring system for a long time,which verifies the feasibility of the scheme.
