摘  要:将三氧化二锑(Sb_(2)O_(3))引入聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)基体中,制备具有近红外激光响应性的PVDF/Sb_(2)O_(3)复合材料。探究Sb_(2)O_(3)的含量、粒径和激光参数(激光电流、激光扫描速率)对PVDF/Sb_(2)O_(3)复合材料激光标记性能的影响。结果表明:当Sb_(2)O_(3)含量为3%,粒径为0.2μm,激光电流为11 A,扫描速率为600 mm/s,对PVDF/Sb_(2)O_(3)复合材料的激光标记综合效果最佳。激光炭化的程度直接影响,复合材料的表面颜色深度与粗糙度。激光标记产生的无定型碳物质,是构成激光标记图案的主要组成部分。Antimony trioxide(Sb_(2)O_(3)) was introduced into polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF) matrix to prepare PVDF/Sb_(2)O_(3)composites with near-infrared laser responsiveness. The effects of Sb_(2)O_(3)content, particle size and laser parameters(laser current, laser scanning rate) on laser marking properties of PVDF/Sb_(2)O_(3)composites were investigated. The results show that when the Sb_(2)O_(3)content is 3%, the particle size is 0.2 μm, the laser current is 11 A, and the scanning rate is 600 mm/s,the comprehensive effect of laser marking on PVDF/Sb_(2)O_(3)composites is the best. The degree of laser carbonization directly affects the surface color depth and roughness of the composite material. The amorphous carbon material produced by laser marking is the main component of the laser marking pattern.
