摘 要:为了改变SiO_(2)表面基团,在纳米SiO_(2)表面接入修饰剂。研究改性SiO_(2)对PVC韧性和塑化性能的影响。结果表明:对于韧性方面,SiO_(2)/HB130F用量为3%时,改善PVC的力学性能效果最好。与空白实验相比,SiO_(2)/HB130F使PVC的弯曲强度、拉伸强度分别降低0.1%、3.7%,冲击强度提升124.5%。针对塑化性能方面,HB115F、HB120F或HB130F的用量为3%时,改善PVC塑化性能效果明显,使PVC的塑化时间分别减少63.5%、58.8%和55.3%。综上所述,DNS修饰的SiO_(2)对PVC的韧性和塑化性能改善效果明显,其中HB130F的改善效果最好。In order to change the surface groups of SiO_(2), the modifier was added on the surface of nano-SiO_(2). The effects of modified SiO_(2)on toughness and plasticizing properties of PVC were studied. The results show that when the content of SiO_(2)/HB130 F is 3%, the effect of improving the mechanical properties of PVC is the best. Compared with blank experiment, SiO_(2)/HB130 F reduces flexural strength and tensile strength of PVC by 0.1% and 3.7%, respectively, and increases the impact strength by 124.5%. In terms of plasticizing properties, when the dosage of HB115 F, HB120 F or HB130 F is 3%, the plasticizing properties of PVC is significantly improved, and the plasticizing time of PVC is reduced by 63.5%, 58.8% and 55.3%, respectively. To sum up, DNS modified SiO_(2)has obvious improvement effect on toughness and plasticization of PVC, and HB130 F has the best improvement effect.
