中国南海问题研究回顾与展望(2001—2020年)——基于CNKI数据和知识图谱的分析

摘　　要：进入21世纪以来,由于南海争端愈演愈烈,南海问题研究逐渐成为一门显学,并产生了一大批重要的研究成果。通过对近20年来相关领域的研究成果进行梳理和归纳,用文献计量和知识图谱等技术手段进行可视化展示,可以从宏观上把握国内南海问题研究的总体脉络和研究热点。在此基础上,通过对重要文献内容的回顾,从国际海洋法和地缘政治的视角阐述南海争端中的核心问题和主要争论。在当前较为严峻的国际形势下,南海争端存在再次白热化的可能性。学界理应未雨绸缪,继续加大研究力度,进一步完善主权声索法理依据,同时密切关注地缘政治形势的变化,并及时做出学术上的响应。Since the beginning of this century,along with the intensification of South China Sea disputes,the related research became popular and has produced a large number of results.This paper attempted to review and summarize the relevant literature.This paper dedicated to illustrate these research results through bibliometric and knowledge graph analysis,as well as to take an overview of domestic South China Sea studies.On this basis,and through a review of the important literature,this paper respectively elaborated on the core issues in the South China Sea disputes from the perspective of international maritime law and geopolitics,concluded that the academic community needs to strengthen the further research on the legal basis of sovereignty claim,as well as to pay close attention to the changes of geopolitical situation and make corresponding academic responses as soon as possible.
