新时代下高校廉政建设的现实困境与实践路径

摘　　要：在教育改革发展不断深入的背景下,高校廉政建设工作面临新的挑战和机遇,如何结合新形势、新变化、新问题,提升廉政和作风建设水平,成为目前高校需要思考的重点问题。当前,高校廉政建设存在未能落实两个基本责任、权力运行问题增加、制度建设缺乏科学性,以及廉政作风建设有待深化等困境。基于此,新时代下,高校必须根据廉政建设的现实困境,探究落实廉政建设工作目标,提升廉政建设工作水平的方法,以此促进高校廉政建设工作的合理开展。Under the background of the continuous deepening development of education reform,the construction of a clean and honest administration in colleges and universities is facing new challenges and opportunities.How to combine the new situation,new changes and new problems to improve the level of clean administration and style construction has become the key problem that colleges and universities need to think about.Currently,there are some difficulties in the construction of a clean and honest administration in colleges and universities,such as the failure to implement the two basic responsibilities,the increase of power operation problems,the lack of scientific system construction,and the need to deepen the construction of a clean administration style.Based on this,colleges and universities must explore ways to implement the goals of clean administration construction and improve the level of clean administration construction in accordance with the realistic dilemma of clean administration construction in the new era,so as to promote the reasonable development of clean administration construction in colleges and universities.
