摘 要:文章旨在探讨日粮添加不同水平药用植物提取物对绵羊采食量、采食行为、养分消化及瘤胃发酵性能的影响。试验将60头平均体重为82.76 kg的绵羊随机分为3组,每组5个重复,每个重复4头。3组绵羊在10 w的试验期中分别饲喂基础日粮+0、80和160 mg/kg药物复合植物提取物。结果:80 mg/kg植物提取物组绵羊的平均日增重较对照组显著提高14.58%(P<0.05),而80和160 mg/kg植物提取物组绵羊的料重比较对照组分别显著降低13.34%和6.64%(P<0.05)。80和160 mg/kg植物提取物组绵羊的采食时间较对照组分别显著提高13.84%和11.05%(P<0.05),但站立时间分别显著降低11.87%和10.46%(P<0.05)。80 mg/kg植物提取物组绵羊的饮水和躺卧时间较对照组显著提高22.86%和31.77%(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,80和160 mg/kg植物提取物组瘤胃总挥发性脂肪酸浓度分别显著提高6.45%和5.41%(P<0.05),而80 mg/kg植物提取物组瘤胃丁酸浓度显著提高4.48%(P<0.05)。结论:在本试验条件下,日粮添加植物提取物可以改善绵羊采食行为,提高瘤胃挥发性脂肪酸浓度,考虑日增重、饲料效率及纤维消化率,日粮中药物植物提取物适宜的添加浓度为80 mg/kg。The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of different levels of medicinal plant extracts on feed intake,feeding behavior,nutrient digestion and rumen fermentation performance of sheep.Sixty sheep with an average body weight of 82.76 kg were randomly divided into 3 groups with 5 replicates per group and 4 sheep per replicate.Sheep in the three groups were fed basal diet+0,80 and 160 mg/kg compound plant extract,respectively,during the 10 W trial period.Results:Compared with control group,the average daily gain of sheep in 80 mg/kg plant extract group was significantly increased by 14.58%(P<0.05),while the feed/gain of sheep in 80 and 160 mg/kg plant extract groups was significantly decreased by 13.34%and 6.64%(P<0.05),respectively.Compared with the control group,the feeding time in 80 and 160 mg/kg plant extract groups was significantly increased by 13.84%and 11.05%(P<0.05),but the standing time was significantly decreased by 11.87%and 10.46%(P<0.05),respectively.Compared with the control group,the drinking water and lying time of sheep in 80 mg/kg plant extract group were significantly increased by 22.86%and 31.77%(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the rumen volatile fatty acid concentration in 80 and 160 mg/kg plant extract groups was significantly increased by 6.45%and 5.41%(P<0.05),and the rumen butyric acid concentration in 80 mg/kg plant extract group was significantly increased by 4.48%(P<0.05),respectively.Conclusion:Under the conditions of this experiment,adding plant extracts in the diet can improve the feeding behavior of sheep and increase the concentration of volatile fatty acids in the rumen.Considering the daily gain,feed efficiency and fiber digestibility,the appropriate concentration of plant extracts in the diet is 80 mg/kg.
