摘  要:柔性管理是一种应用于各个行业的前沿管理理念。对于饲料企业来说,如果能提高柔性管理效率,企业效益将得到很大的提高,并取得长足的发展。本文从柔性管理概念入手,分析饲料企业的管理现状,找出饲料企业柔性管理过程中存在的困难,如企业管理方式转变困难、企业柔性管理理念缺失、饲料企业应用人工智能困难、缺少专业化柔性管理人才,并提出解决这些困难的有效途径:转变饲料企业管理模式,提高饲料企业柔性管理理念,增加人工智能在饲料企业的应用,引进和培养专业柔性管理人才。希望通过这些途径真正提高饲料企业基于人工智能的柔性管理效率,更好地提高饲料企业管理效率和管理能力。Flexible management is a cutting-edge management concept applied to various industries.For feed enterprises,if the efficiency of flexible management can be improved,the benefits of enterprises will be greatly improved and make great progress.Starting with the concept of flexible management,this paper analyzes the management status of feed enterprises,and finds out the difficulties existing in the process of flexible management of feed enterprises,such as the difficulty in changing enterprise management mode,the lack of enterprise flexible management concept,the difficulty in applying artificial intelligence in feed enterprises,and the lack of specialized flexible management talents,The effective ways to solve these difficulties are put forward:changing the management mode of feed enterprises,improving the flexible management concept of feed enterprises,increasing the application of artificial intelligence in feed enterprises,and introducing and cultivating professional flexible management talents.It is hoped that through these ways,the efficiency of flexible management based on artificial intelligence of feed enterprises can be truly improved,and the management efficiency and management ability of feed enterprises can be better improved.
