摘  要:在乌鲁木齐市多家宠物医院、宠物店、犬舍、流浪犬基地、社区随机选取无明显临床症状的犬共1054只,采集其体表蜱虫889只,通过形态学鉴定及蜱虫的线粒体16S rDNA基因扩增序列进行分子生物学鉴定。鉴定得到假头基呈六角形的蜱虫,所采集的蜱虫初步鉴定为血红扇头蜱和图兰扇头蜱。发现血红扇头蜱和图兰扇头蜱的16S rDNA基因与已发表的国内河北株(JF979377)及新疆株(KU364373)同源性分别为97%和99%,与形态学鉴定结果一致。A total of 1054 dogs without obvious clinical symptoms were randomly selected from several pet hospitals,pet shops,kennels,stray dog bases and communities in Urumq,and 889 ticks were collected.The morphological identification and ticks mitochondrial 16S rDNA gene amplification sequence,molecular biological identification were conducted.Ticks with capitulum hexagon were identified,that the morphology of the recovered ticks were identified as Rhipicephalus sanguineus and R.turanicus.The 16S rDNA genes of R.sanguineus and R.turanicus were 97%homology to that of the published HeBei strain(JF979377)and 99%homology to that of the published Xinjiang strain(KU364373),which was consistent with the result of morphological identification.
