摘  要:为探究饲喂枸杞枝条对育肥肉牛增重和相关免疫因子的影响,选择西门塔尔杂交牛24头,随机分为4组,在基础日粮中分别添加0.65 kg/头(低浓度组)、0.975 kg/头(中浓度组)、1.3 kg/头(高浓度组)的枸杞枝条颗粒,不添加为对照组,连续饲喂60 d,在饲喂前和60 d后称重,60 d采集试验牛血样,用定量检测卡检测免疫球蛋白、细胞因子和激素。结果表明,饲喂60 d后,中浓度组牛平均增重1.82 kg/d;激素(IGF-1、INS)水平4个组比较差异不显著(P>0.05),但中浓度组比对照组增长22.16%;免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG含量试验组极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),IgM含量中、高浓度组极显著高于对照组和低浓度组(P<0.01);细胞因子IL-2、IFN-γ水平4个组比较差异不显著(P>0.05),但IL-4水平中、高浓度组显著高于对照组(P<0.05),IL-8、IL-13水平试验组较对照组极显著升高(P<0.01),TNF-α水平试中浓度组较对照组显著升高(P<0.05)。结果说明饲喂枸杞枝条可提高肉牛体重和机体免疫力水平,其中以中浓度组饲喂0.975 kg/头效果最好。In order to explore the effects of feeding Lycium barbarum twigs on weight gain and related immune factors of fattening beef cattle,24 Simmental crossbred cattle with body were randomly divided into 4 groups.0 kg/head(control group),0.65 kg/head(low concentration group),0.975 kg/head(medium concentration group)and 1.3 kg/head(high concentration group)of Lycium barbarum twigs granules were added to the basic diet respectively for 60 days.The weight of each group was measured on the 0 and 60 days of feeding,and the weight of each group was measured for 60 days.The blood samples were collected,and the immunoglobulins,cytokines and hormones were detected by quantitative detection card.The results showed that:after 60 days of feeding,the average weight gain of cattle in the medium concentration group was 1.82%per day.There was no significant difference in the levels of IGF-1 and INS among the four groups(P>0.05),but the level of medium concentration group was 22.16%higher than that of the control group;there was no significant difference in the levels of IgA,IgG and IgM among the four groups(P>0.05),but the level of medium concentration group was 18.6%higher than that of the control group;The content of immunoglobulin IgA and IgG in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the IgM content in the medium and high concentration group was extremely significantly higher than that in the control and low concentration groups(P<0.01);cytokine IL-2,There was no significant difference in IFN-γlevels among the four groups(P>0.05),but the levels of IL-4 in the medium and high concentration groups were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-8 and IL-13 in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group.Very significantly increased(P<0.01),and the TNF-αlevel in the test concentration group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The results show that feeding wolfberry branches can increase the body weight an
