摘　　要：目的:探讨神经内镜血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果。方法:选取2016年11月-2020年6月于平度市人民医院接受手术治疗的90例高血压脑出血患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组45例。试验组使用神经内镜血肿清除术治疗,对照组使用常规开颅血肿清除术治疗。比较两组手术时间、住院时间、术后并发症发生率及治疗效果。结果:试验组手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在高血压脑出血患者手术治疗的方法中,神经内镜血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血可取得较好的治疗效果,有利于患者的康复,值得临床推广。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of neuroendoscopy hematoma clearance in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Method:A total of 90 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage who received surgical treatment in Pingdu People’s Hospital from November 2016 to June 2020 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,45 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with neuroendoscopy hematoma clearance,while the control group was treated with evacuation of intracranial hematoma in traditional way.The operative time,hospitalization time,postoperative complications and therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The operation time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group,and the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:In the surgical treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,neuroendoscopy hematoma clearance of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage can achieve better therapeutic effect,which is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
