补肾强督方对肾虚督寒型骨痿伴骨痛患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨对肾虚督寒型骨痿伴骨痛患者施行补肾强督方治疗的效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2021年1月龙岩市永定区医院收治的肾虚督寒型骨痿伴骨痛患者120例为研究对象。采用数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予补肾强督方治疗。对比两组临床疗效、治疗前后血清炎性因子[肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素(IL-6)]及骨代谢参数[N端骨钙素(N-MID)、血清Ⅰ型前胶原氨基末端(N端)前肽(PINP)、Ⅰ型前胶原羧基端肽β特殊序列(β-CTX)]及疼痛情况。结果:观察组的总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组TNF-α、IL-6、N-MID、PINP、β-CTX水平均较对照组低(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对肾虚督寒型骨痿伴骨痛患者施行补肾强督方治疗,可有效改善其血清炎性因子及骨代谢,并缓解疼痛。Objective:To explore the effect of Bushen Qiangdu Recipe on patients with with bone flaccidity and bone pain of kidney deficiency and Du cold type.Method:A total of 120 patients with bone flaccidity and bone pain of kidney deficiency and Du cold type treated in Yongding Hospital of Longyan from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research object.They were divided into the control group and the observation group by the number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment of western medicine,and the observation group was given Bushen Qiangdu Recipe on the basis of the control group.Clinical efficacy,serum inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),interleukin-6 (IL-6)]and bone metabolism parameters[N-terminal osteocalcin (N-MID),serum type Ⅰ procollagen amino terminal (N-terminal) propeptide (PINP),special sequence of carboxy-terminal telopeptide β of type Ⅰ procollagen (β-CTX)],and pain condition before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05);after treatment,the levels ??of TNF-α and IL-6,N-MID,PINP and β-CTX in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05);after treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:For the patients with bone flaccidity and bone pain of kidney deficiency and Du cold type,the treatment of Bushen Qiangdu Recipe can effectively improve their serum inflammatory factors and bone metabolism,and relieve pain.
