心通口服液治疗冠心病稳定性心绞痛(气虚血瘀证)的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨心通口服液治疗冠心病稳定性心绞痛(气虚血瘀证)的临床效果。方法:筛选2020年4月-2021年3月就诊于新疆维吾尔自治区中医医院开发区医院的冠心病稳定性心绞痛(气虚血瘀证)患者91例,随机分为观察组和对照组,在常规治疗的基础上,对照组口服脑心通胶囊,观察组口服心通口服液,治疗周期为2个月。治疗结束观察比较两组中医症候疗效、心电图疗效、治疗前后两组患者N末端脑钠肽前体(N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide,NT-proBNP)含量、心肌酶相关指标的改变,并观察治疗期间两组患者的不良反应。结果:治疗后,观察组中医症候疗效和心电图疗效总有效率均高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与治疗前相比,两组NT-proBNP含量、心肌酶相关指标大幅降低,观察组各项指标均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,观察组不良反应发生率为10.87%,对照组为11.11%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:心通口服液在改善中医症候疗效和心电图疗效方面与脑心通相当,二者皆能有效改善冠心病稳定性心绞痛(气虚血瘀证)患者症状及心电图,但是心通口服液在降低NT-proBNP和心肌酶含量方面效果更佳,并且具有良好的药物安全性,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xintong Oral Liquid in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease (Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome).Method:A total of 91 patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease (Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome) who were treated in Development Zone Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from April 2020 to March 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.On the basis of conventional treatment,the control group took Naoxintong Capsules.In the observation group,Xintong Oral Liquid was taken orally,and the treatment period was 2 months.At the end of treatment,the efficacy of TCM syndromes,ECG efficacy,N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) content and myocardial enzyme-related indexes of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were observed and compared.The adverse reactions of the two groups of patients during the treatment were observed.Result:After treatment,the efficacy of TCM syndromes and the total effective rate of ECG in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,but the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05);compared with before treatment,the NT-proBNP content and myocardial enzyme-related indexes of the two groups were significantly reduced,and the indicators of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).During the treatment period,the incidence of adverse reactions was 10.87% in the observation group and 11.11% in the control group.There was no statistical difference between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Xintong Oral Liquid is similar to Naoxintong in improving the efficacy of TCM syndromes and ECG.Both of them can effectively improve the symptoms and electrocardiogram of patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease (Qi deficiency and blood
