基于聚焦解决模式的护理干预对维持性血液透析患者负性情绪和自我管理能力的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于聚焦解决模式的护理干预对维持性血液透析患者负性情绪和自我管理能力的影响。方法:选取2019年6月-2020年12月茂名农垦医院收治的76例维持性血液透析患者为研究对象。根据随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各38例。对照组行血液透析常规护理,试验组在血液透析常规护理基础上加用基于聚焦解决模式的护理干预。比较两组护理前、护理6个月后负性情绪,知识掌握情况与自我管理能力。结果:护理6个月后,试验组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分为(43.71±6.28)分,抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分为(40.21±3.97)分,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组《血液透析知识调查问卷》总分为(81.01±6.97)分,《慢性血液透析自我管理调查问卷》总分为(78.35±6.91)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于聚焦解决模式护理干预予以维持性血液透析患者,可以有效改善患者负性情绪,提高患者疾病知识水平与自我管理能力。Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention based on focused solution model on the negative emotions and self-management ability of maintenance hemodialysis patients.Method:Seventy-six patients with maintenance hemodialysis admitted to Maoming Farm Hospital from June 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the experimental group and the control group,38 cases in each group.The control group received routine hemodialysis nursing,and the experimental group added nursing intervention based on focused solution model on the basis of routine hemodialysis nursing.Negative emotion before and after 6 months of nursing,knowledge mastery condition and self-management ability were compared between the two groups.Result:After 6 months of nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) in the experimental group were (43.71±6.28) points and (40.21±3.97) points respectively,which were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total scores of hemodialysis knowledge questionnaire and chronic hemodialysis self-management questionnaire in the experimental group were (81.01±6.97) points and (78.35±6.91) points respectively,which were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing interventions based on a focused solution model is given for maintenance hemodialysis patients can effectively improve patients’ negative emotions and improve their disease knowledge level and self-management ability.
