急救模式配合创伤控制性手术治疗严重多发性创伤的效果及价值观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨急救模式配合创伤控制性手术治疗严重多发性创伤的效果及价值。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年12月郁南县人民医院急诊救治的180例严重多发性创伤患者,按急救模式不同分为两组,对照组(105例)实施传统急救模式配合创伤控制性手术治疗,研究组(75例)实施一体化急救模式配合创伤控制性手术治疗。比较两组住院时间、院内急诊时间,比较两组并发症发生率,比较两组家属满意度。结果:研究组住院时间短于对照组,院内急诊时间长于对照组(P<0.05);研究组弥散性血管内凝血、伤口感染、多器官功能衰竭、呼吸窘迫综合征并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者家属满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:严重多发性创伤患者采用一体化急救模式配合创伤控制性手术治疗,能够有效确保患者急诊救治的有序和规范,显著缩短患者住院时间,减少并发症的发生,改善患者预后,提高患者家属满意度,临床应用价值较高,值得临床推广。Objective:To explore the effect and value of emergency mode combined with trauma control surgery in the treatment of severe multiple trauma.Method:A total of 180 patients with severe multiple trauma who were treated in the emergency department of Yunan County People’s Hospital were selected from January 2018 to December 2020,they were divided into two groups according to different emergency modes.The control group (105 cases) was treated with traditional emergency mode combined with trauma control operation,and the study group (75 cases) was treated with integrated emergency mode combined with trauma control operation.The hospitalization time,emergency time in hospital,the incidence of complications,the satisfaction of family members of the two groups were compared.Result:The hospitalization time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the emergency time in the hospital was longer than that in the control group (P<0.05).The total incidence of complications of disseminated intravascular coagulation,wound infection,multiple organ failure and respiratory distress syndrome in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The satisfaction of family members in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrated emergency mode combined with trauma control operation for severe multiple trauma patients can effectively ensure the orderly and standardized emergency treatment of patients,significantly shorten the hospitalization time of patients,reduce the occurrence of complications,improve the prognosis of patients,and improve the satisfaction of patients’ families.It has high clinical application value and is worthy of clinical promotion.
