摘　　要：目的:探讨采用微信互动模式对社区糖尿病患者进行管理对其血糖控制情况的影响。方法:选取2020年1月至5月期间在上海市虹口区凉城新村街道社区卫生服务中心门诊就诊的100例糖尿病患者(实际完成随访的患者有97例)作为研究对象。将其分为一般随访管理组和微信平台互动管理组。按照社区慢性病随访管理要求对两组患者进行管理。在此基础上,采取微信互动模式对微信平台互动管理组患者进行管理。对两组患者均随访6个月。比较两组患者随访前后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2小时血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、体质量指数(BMI)、糖尿病患者自我管理行为量表(SDSCA)的评分、血糖的控制率、低血糖的发生率。结果:管理后,微信平台互动管理组患者FBG、2hPG、HbA1c的水平及BMI均低于一般随访管理组患者,P<0.05;其SDSCA的评分、血糖的控制率均高于一般随访管理组患者,P<0.05。两组患者低血糖的发生率相比,P>0.05。结论:采用微信互动模式对社区糖尿病患者进行管理,可以较好地控制其血糖,降低其BMI,改善其自我管理行为。Objective:To explore the effect of wechat interactive management on blood glucose control of community diabetes patients.Methods:A total of 100 patients with diabetes who visited the outpatient department of Xincun Community Health Service Center,Liangcheng District,Hongkou District,Shanghai from January to May 2020(97 patients actually completed the follow-up)were selected as the research object.They were divided into general follow-up management group and wechat platform interactive management group.Two groups of patients were managed according to community chronic disease follow-up management requirements.On this basis,the wechat interactive mode was adopted to manage patients in the wechat platform interactive management group.Patients in both groups were followed up for 6 months.Fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 hours postprandial blood glucose(2hPG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),body mass index(BMI),diabetic self-management Behavior Scale(SDSCA)score,blood glucose control rate and incidence of hypoglycemia were compared between 2 groups before and after follow-up.Results:After management,the levels of FBG,2hPG,HbA1c and BMI of patients in the wechat platform interactive management group were lower than those in the general follow-up management group,P<0.05;The SDSCA score and blood glucose control rate were higher than those of the general follow-up management group,P<0.05.The incidence of hypoglycemia was compared between the two groups,P>0.05.Conclusions:Using wechat interactive mode to manage community diabetes patients can better control their blood glucose,reduce their B MI,and improve their self-management behavior.
