摘　　要：本文主要介绍了湖北某纤维厂WOES V541版本系统方案设计与施工应用,论述了安全、经济、行业分析诊断、综合节能降耗的能源管理系统,并对其设计原则、监测点选取、结构特点、功能特色进行了重点阐述。This paper mainly introduces the scheme design and construction application of woes v541 version system in a fiber factory in Hubei,discusses the energy management system of safety,economy,industry analysis and diagnosis and comprehensive energy conservation and consumption reduction,and focuses on its design principle,selection of monitoring points,structural characteristics and functional characteristics.
