摘　　要：冠状病毒变异率高,宿主广泛,主要感染哺乳动物和禽类,严重威胁公共卫生安全与养殖业发展。生猪养殖业中,冠状病毒也是危害猪只健康的重要病原。本研究对4种代表性猪冠状病毒:猪传染性胃肠炎病毒(transmissible gastroenteritis virus, TGEV)、猪流行性腹泻病毒(porcine epidemic diarrhea virus, PEDV)、猪急性腹泻综合征冠状病毒(swine acute diarrhoea syndrome coronavirus, SADS-CoV)和猪δ冠状病毒(porcine delta coronavirus, PDCoV)的起源、流行、遗传演化和跨宿主传播等方面进行综述,为动物冠状病毒的传播、变异和防控研究提供借鉴。Coronaviruses have a high mutation rate and a wide range of hosts.They mainly infect mammals and birds, posing a serious threat to public health and the development of aquaculture.Coronaviruses are also important pathogens in pig breeding industry.This review summarizes the knowledge on the origin, epidemiology, evolution and potential cross-species transmission of four representative porcine coronaviruses that include transmissible gastroenteritis virus(TGEV),porcine epidemic diarrhea virus(PEDV),swine acute diarrhea syndrome coronavirus(SADS-CoV) and porcine delta coronavirus(PD-CoV),in order to provide a reference for future researches on the transmission, variation and prevention of animal coronaviruses.
