摘　　要：抗生素在全球广泛使用,导致细菌耐药性问题日益严重,甚至产生MRSA这样的超级耐药菌,寻找新的抗生素替代药物成为目前医学治疗领域的重要趋势。噬菌体可以高效、特异地裂解细菌,与抗生素的作用机制完全不同,是新概念的抗菌物质,有着很大的研究与应用潜力。为了正确评价噬菌体在动物体内的疗效及安全性,必须研究其在机体内吸收、分布、代谢和排泄规律。噬菌体杀菌的同时可自我增殖,其本身的数量也会随之剧增,因此,与传统的化学抗菌剂相比噬菌体具有独特且复杂的药代动力学。现主要围绕噬菌体药代动力学研究进展进行综述,为制定临床应用噬菌体方案以及安全、合理的用药提供科学依据。Due to the widespread use of antibiotics around the world, the problem of bacterial resistance has become more and more serious, and even super-resistant bacteria such as MRSA have emerged.The search for new antibiotic alternative drugs has become an important trend in the field of medical treatment.Bacteriophages can efficiently and specifically lyse bacteria.Because their mechanism of action is completely different from that of antibiotics, it is a new type of antibacterial substance and has great research and application potential.In order to correctly evaluate the efficacy and safety of bacteriophages in animals, it is necessary to study the laws of their absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion in the body.Phages can self-proliferate while killing bacteria, and their number will also increase dramatically.Therefore, compared with traditional chemical antibacterial agents, bacteriophages have unique and complex pharmacokinetics.This review mainly focuses on the research progress of bacteriophage pharmacokinetics, and provides scientific basis for formulating clinical application of bacteriophages and safe and reasonable medication.
