摘  要:盾构机在运行过程中不可避免地会发生故障,这些故障中以机械类故障较为常见,对盾构机进行状态监测与故障诊断是保证其掘进作业安全、高效的重要手段。详细论述了盾构机刀具磨损、轴承、液压等常见机械类故障及相应的诊断方法,分析了各类故障诊断存在的问题并提出了相应的解决方案。最后对盾构机机械类故障诊断技术进行了建议与展望,并指出在故障诊断系统生态技术框架下,实现盾构机机械类故障诊断的信息化和智能化将会是盾构机未来的发展目标。It is inevitable to have faults during the operation of shield tunneling machine, among which mechanical faults are relatively common. The condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of shield tunneling machine are important means to ensure its safety and efficiency. In this paper, the common mechanical faults of shield tunneling machine, such as tool wear, bearing and hydraulic pressure, and the corresponding diagnosis methods are discussed in detail, the problems existing in various fault diagnosis are analyzed and the corresponding solutions are put forward. In the end, some suggestions and prospects are given for the mechanical fault diagnosis technology of shield tunneling machine, and it is pointed out that the informatization and intelligentization of the mechanical fault diagnosis of shield tunneling machine under the framework of the ecological technology of the fault diagnosis system will be the main development goals of shield tunneling machine in the future.
