摘　　要：随着我国“二孩政策”的全面开放,经产妇的人数明显增多,而初产妇与经产妇的产后盆底功能障碍性疾病情况各不相同。本文通过对初产妇与经产妇的产后盆底功能障碍性疾病的现状、疾病认知和康复治疗等相关研究进行比较、分析和总结,为初产妇和经产妇的产后盆底功能障碍性疾病相关治疗与护理提供参考依据。With the comprehensive opening of the"two-child policy"in China,the number of postpartum women has increased significantly,but the postpartum pelvic floor dysfunctional disease is different between primiparas and multiparas.In this paper,the status quo,disease cognition and rehabilitation treatment of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction in primiparas and multiparas were compared,analyzed and summarized,so as to provide references for the treatment and nursing of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction in primiparas and multiparas.
