摘 要:对8个梨品种及其杂交F1代的1652个单株进行枝干轮纹病的抗性调查和遗传分析,结果显示,梨枝干轮纹病病原菌为葡萄座腔菌(Botryosphaeria dothidea),各杂交组合中F1代发病率为8.31%~42.89%,抗病单株比例均在80%以上,F1代的抗感比为5.31∶1~173.5∶1,双亲为感病品种时,后代感病单株比例更高,抗病品种作为父本,后代抗病单株比例更高;另外,各杂交组合中F1代的变异系数也较大,为145.00%~333.33%,超低亲率为57.00%~92.07%,表现出低低亲遗传倾向。本研究结果说明:梨树对枝干轮纹病的抗性是多基因控制的数量性状,父本的抗性对F1代的影响较大,F1代中枝干轮纹病抗性分离极其广泛,但是更倾向于抗枝干轮纹病的遗传方向。In order to study the resistance top ear ring rot and heredity analysis,eight pear varieties and 1652 individual plants of F1 generation were investigated.The results showed that the pathogen of the pear stem ring rot was identified as Botryosphaeria dothidea.The disease incidence was between 8.31%and 42.89%in seven hybrid combinations,and the proportion of resistant single plant was more than 80%in each combination.The resistance ratio of F1 generation population of seven hybrid combinations ranged from 5.31∶1 to 173.5∶1.The percentage of infected hybrid progeny was higher when the parents were seriously infected resources.The proportion of resistant hybrid progeny would increase when resistant variety was selected as male parent.In addition,the coefficient of variation of F1 generation was high,ranging from 145.00%to 333.33%,and the less lower-parent rate ranged from 57.00%to 92.07%,showing the tendency of less lower-parent heredity.The results indicated that the pear resistance to stem ring rot was a quantitative trait controlled by complex poly genes,and male parent had great influence on resistance of hybrid progeny.The hybrids of seven combinations presented widely resistance separation,and the resistance to the stem ring rot of the F1 generation tended to be stronger.The results would provide a basis for construction of the genetic linkage map,QTL location,isolation of the resistant genes,which willlay a foundation for the molecular-assisted pear resistance breeding.
