摘  要:料浆停留时间是保证深锥浓密机底流质量分数的必要条件,为了探讨底流质量分数与停留时间的关系,推导了深锥浓密机底流质量分数与停留时间之间的数学模型。将深锥浓密机外形结构及尾砂物理特性参数代入数学模型,即可得到该浓密机达到所需底流质量分数的停留时间。采用某矿山深锥浓密机对数学模型进行工程应用举例,在底流质量分数为55.82%~70.73%时,所需停留时间为11.75~14.44 h,二者基本呈线性关系。若要底流质量分数达到68%以上,建议尾砂在深锥浓密机内停留时间不小于13.90 h。The residence time of slurry is a necessary condition to ensure the mass fraction of underflow in deep cone thickener.In order to explore the relationship between mass fraction of underflow and residence time,the mathematical model between mass fraction and residence time of underflow in deep cone thickener is deduced in this paper.The residence time of the required underflow mass fraction of the deep cone thickener can be obtained by substituting the shape structure and tailings physical characteristic parameters of the deep cone thickener into the mathematical model.An engineering application example of the mathematical model is carried out by using a deep cone thickener in a certain mine.When the mass fraction of the underflow is 55.82%-70.73%,the required residence time is 11.75-14.44 h,and the two basically show a linear relationship.If the mass fraction of underflow is more than 68%,it is recommended that the residence time of tailings in the deep cone thickener be not less than 13.90 h.
