摘 要:采用溶胶凝胶和前驱体浸渍裂解混合工艺,制得了不同SiO_(2)/SiC比例的C/SiC-SiO_(2)复合材料,研究了SiO_(2)添加量对复合材料微观结构、力学性能的影响。结果表明:当添加SiO_(2)的质量分数约25%时,材料的拉伸强度和压缩强度与C/SiC材料性能相当;而当添加SiO_(2)的质量分数超过25%时,材料的强度与模量均随SiO_(2)含量的增加呈降低趋势。此外,SiO_(2)含量约25%的C/SiC-SiO_(2)复合材料的浸渍相成本较C/SiC材料降低约24%左右,这为C/SiC复合材料的快速低成本制备提供了新的技术支撑。The C/SiC-SiO_(2) composites with different SiO_(2)/SiC ratios were prepared by sol-gel-PIP process.The effect of SiO_(2) content on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the composites was investigated.The results show that the tensile and compressive strength of C/SiC-SiO_(2) composites with the mass fraction of SiO_(2) no more than 25%are close to those of C/SiC composites.When the mass fraction of SiO_(2) added exceeds 25%,the strength and modulus of composites decrease with increasing of SiO_(2) content.It is worthy to mention that the fabrication cost of C/SiC-SiO_(2) composite with 25%SiO_(2) content is 24%lower than that of C/SiC composite,which provides a new technical approach for the rapid and low-cost preparation of C/SiC composites.
