摘　　要：社会成员的社会责任意识是一个民族精神品格的重要体现,青年作为民族建设发展的栋梁,青年的社会责任意识是其在民族发展、社会建设过程中勇担使命的重要素养和必备品质。习近平青年社会责任观从中国传统文化中孕育发展,并以马克思主义世界观和方法论为其科学性保障,同时继承了党的青年社会责任培育思想精髓,在新时代条件下明确了青年自觉担当社会责任的实践路径。学习习近平青年社会责任观,有利于新时代青年在党和国家指导下更新思想观念,自觉以新时代青年的担当和人格品质进行实践,为青年社会责任意识教育提供了重要的资源和方向,有利于提高青年社会责任意识教育的实效性。The social member’s sense of social responsibility is an important aspect of the national spiritual character.The youth is the pillar of social construction and development,therefore their sense of social responsibility is an important and necessary quality for them to bravely undertake the historical mission in the process of national rejuvenation and social construction.General Secretary Xi Jinping’s concept of youth’s social responsibility stems from Chinese traditional culture,under the guidance of Marxist world outlook and methodology.At the same time,it inherits the essence of the Party’s thought on cultivating youth’s sense of social responsibility,and defines the practical path for youth to consciously bear social responsibility in the new era.The study on Xi’s view of youth’s social responsibility is conducive for the youth to develop their ideas under the guidance of the Party and the state,consciously shoulder the responsibility and build the personality of the youth in the new era.It provides important theoretical resources and direction for us to improve the effectiveness of youth’s sense of social responsibility education.
