摘  要:针对加油站含油污水排放系统存在的问题,分析加油站含油污水的来源及超标排放对环境的影响,简述了现行加油站含油污水排放控制标准及排污许可管理分类,介绍了基于截流→隔离→排放工艺流程的含油污水排放系统的设计方案及其在加油站的应用,结合水封隔油装置数值模拟研究,表明:基于截流→隔离→排放的工艺流程,可对加油站含油污水进行有效拦截和隔离,实现含油污水达标排放。Aiming at the problems existing in the system of gas station oil sewage,by analyzing the oily sewage source of the gas station and the impact of its excess emissions on environment,this discussion outlines the current oily sewage emission control standards of gas station and the classification of emission permits management.Additionally,combined with the numerical simulation study of water-sealed and oil-isolation device,oily sewage system design scheme and its application in gas station based on the closure-isolation-discharge process are introduced.The results show that the process flow of intercepting→isolating→discharging helps to intercept and isolate the oil-bearing sewage in gas stations,and to achieve standard discharge of oily sewage.
