摘 要:当大型风力发电机在低速重载条件时,齿轮在混合弹流润滑条件下的啮合动态特性难以分析。针对该问题提出齿面接触并联刚度模型,建立行星齿轮啮合动力学模型。基于粗糙峰承载平衡理论,将承载因子理论引入刚度模型中,并与混合弹流润滑理论相结合,可得出计算齿面油膜刚度的新公式,为齿轮混合弹流润滑问题研究提供参考。通过计算结果,可认为在混合弹流润滑条件下,齿轮啮合刚度可大幅提升,有效抑制齿轮啮合振动。同时,齿面啮合力与综合曲率半径的增加有利于齿面油膜的形成。最后混合弹流润滑条件下齿轮单-双齿啮合刚度激励也会得到进一步改善。When the large-scale wind turbine is under the condition of low speed and heavy load,and the gears are under mixed elastohydrodynamic lubrication.The meshing dynamic characteristics of gears are difficult to analyze.In order to solve this problem,a dynamic model of epicyclic gears is established based on surface contact parallel stiffness model.Based on the rough peak load balance theory the load factor theory was introduced into the stiffness model.According to the theory of hybrid elastohydrodynamic lubrication,a new formula for calculating the stiffness of the oil film on the tooth surface can be obtained.This provides a reference for the research of gear mixed elastohydrodynamic lubrication.In addition,under the condition of mixed elastohydrodynamic lubrication,we can conclude that the gear meshing rigidity can be greatly improved and the gear meshing vibration is effectively suppressed.Meanwhile,the increase of the tooth surface meshing force and the comprehensive curvature radius is beneficial to the formation of an oil film on the tooth surface.Finally,under the condition of mixed elastohydrodynamic lubrication,the gear single-double tooth meshing stiffness excitation will be further improved.
