摘 要:针对集群储能电站选址定容问题,提出基于光伏PV曲线和改进遗传算法的储能电站选址求解方案,构建储能广域布局模型,针对遗传算法的选择算子及变异算子进行改进设计,利用改进遗传算法设计储能广域布局模型的求解流程。以储能电站投运后获得的经济效益最大为运行目标,对储能电站容量优化配置问题进行求解。最后通过对新疆某地区实测数据,验证方法有效性和可行性,为光伏储能电站选址定容提供参考。Aiming at the problem of location selection for clustered energy storage power stations,the location mechanism of a complex network based on PV curves was proposed and a mathematical demonstration was conducted.A wide-area layout model of energy storage was constructed.The selection operator and mutation operator of genetic algorithm were improved.The solution process of the energy storage wide-area layout model was design using improved genetic algorithm.Taking the suppression of large fluctuations in photovoltaic power and the risk of peak reversal as the goal of energy storage operation,the optimal allocation of energy storage power plants is sought.Finally,through the actual measurement data of a certain area in Xinjiang,the effectiveness and feasibility of the method are verified to provide a reference for the location and capacity of the photovoltaic energy storage station.
