摘 要:提出一种V型多通道平板太阳能集热器,对其建立稳态传热模型,利用Matlab软件编程进行求解,并进行实验测试验证模型的准确性。利用已验证的传热模型,模拟分析V型多通道平板太阳能集热器的结构和物性参数对其热性能的影响,结果表明当透明盖板和吸热体发射率变大时,集热器的集热效率会呈下降趋势;当V型槽顶角、吸热体长度及空气夹层厚度变大时,集热器的集热效率变化趋势是先升后降;当透明盖板透射率、吸热体吸收率和保温材料导热热阻变大时,集热器的集热效率会呈升高趋势。集热效率随V型槽和吸热体宽度的改变并未呈现明显的变化规律。在整个模拟范围内,集热器的集热效率在56.1%~86.4%之间。In this study,a V-corrugated flat plate solar collector is proposed and its steady-state heat transfer model is established.The heat transfer model is solved using the Matlab software and verified with experimental results.Based on the validated heat transfer model,the effects of structural and physical parameters on the thermal performance of the V-corrugated flat plate solar collector are simulated and analyzed.The results indicate that the collector efficiency increases with the increase of transmittance of the glazing cover,absorptance of the absorber and thermal resistance of the insulation material,decreases with the increase of emissivity of the glazing cover and absorber,first increases and then decreases with the increase of vertex angle of the V-groove,length of the absorber and thickness of the air layer,and changes little with the width increase of V-groove and absorber.During the whole simulation range,the collector efficiency is in the range of 56.1%-86.4%.
