摘 要:口蹄疫是由口蹄疫病毒感染引起的一种重大传染性疾病,疫苗接种是防范口蹄疫病传播流行最有效的措施。近年,随着国家重大传染性疾病集中免疫接种制度的实施,口蹄疫的免疫密度显著增强,免疫密度高达100%,抗体水平普遍在70%以上,达到集中免疫要求。但由于疫苗免疫接种属于一项侵入性的操作,牛群的抵抗能力不同,机体体质不同,经常会造成疫苗免疫接种后出现不同程度的过敏反应,严重时会出现牛休克或死亡,给养殖户带来巨大的经济损失。该文结合牛口蹄疫疫苗过敏反应的症状,论述具体的防治措施。Foot-and-mouth disease(FMD)is a major disease caused by foot-and-mouth virus(FMD)infection,and vaccination is the most effective measure to prevent the spread of infectious disease.In recent years,with the implementation of the Infectious Disease,the immunization density of foot-and-mouth disease(FMD)has been significantly enhanced,reaching 100%,and the antibody level is generally above 70%.However,as vaccination is an invasive procedure,the resistance of cattle is different and the constitution of the body is different,which often results in different degrees of allergic reaction after vaccination,and in severe cases,cattle may suffer from shock or death,bring huge economic loss to the farmer.Combined with the symptoms of allergic reaction of Bovine foot-and-mouth disease(FMD)vaccine,the specific control measures were discussed in this paper.
