摘　　要：数字时代的开放科学受到世界各国政府、决策者和科学家的广泛关注,数字化正在改变科学研究和创新的基本逻辑与模式。本文从开放科学的源起谈起,阐释了数字时代开放科学的理论内涵与治理逻辑,揭示了数字时代开放科学的社会福利,主要包括提高科学生产力、提供数字协作平台、促进公民科学的发展、建立新的生态系统与伙伴关系等。研究结论对于数字经济时代科技创新能力的提升具有重要的理论和现实意义。The open science in the digital age has been widely concerned by governments,policy makers and scientists,Digitalization is changing the basic logic and mode of scientific research and innovation.Starting from the origin of open science,this paper explains the theoretical connotation and basic logic of open science in the digital age,and reveals it’s social welfare,mainly including improving the productivity of science,providing digital collaboration platform,promoting the development of citizen science,establishing new ecosystem and partnership.The research conclusion has great significance for the improvement of scientific and technological innovation ability in the digital economy era.
