融合范式下科技创新的特点分析及启示——基于对阿法依泊汀的案例剖析

摘　　要：“融合”是一种基于多学科交叉来解决重大问题的科研范式,近年来在国际科技竞争加剧的背景下受到主要国家高度重视。由于理念和方法的不同,融合范式下科技创新相比于以往有所不同。本文以生物医药领域明星药物阿法依泊汀为案例,采用定量和定性相结合的回溯分析法,绘制该药品的研发演进轨迹,并对其研发过程中体现出来的“融合”特征进行刻画,进而提炼出“融合”范式下科技创新的特点,为推动这种科技创新模式的发展、更好地解决中国乃至全人类面临的重大问题奠定基础。“Convergence”is a paradigm of scientific research based on interdisciplinary to solve major problems,which has been highly valued by major countries in recent years when international science and technology competition is fierce.Due to differences in concepts and methods,the scientific and technological innovation under"Convergence"paradigm is significantly different from that of the past.Taking the star drug—Epoetin Alfa as a case,this article uses retrospective analysis accompanied by a combination of quantitative and qualitative method to map the drug's R&D evolution trajectory and describes the"Convergence"characteristics reflected in this trajectory,and then extracts the characteristics of the scientific and technological innovation of"Convergence"paradigm.This article lay the foundation for promoting the development of"Convergence"paradigm and better solving the major problems facing China and even all mankind.
