摘　　要：电力市场改革中需要考虑和原来计划市场的衔接,所以计划电量是逐步市场化参与市场交易的。为了保证电网公司的利益,保证高成本机组的生存能力,给出了一个基于多目标优化和MPEC程序,用来确定电力市场发电市场化电量。使用了双层优化模型并将其构建和转化为易于求解的标准模型,详细解释了原理和转化的方法。双层优化模型的上层优化目标是电网公司收益最大化和高成本机组的生存可能性最大,下层优化目标是市场出清总发电成本最高。用一个算例来说明该方法的计算原理,并代入了不同参数进行模拟。算例研究表明该方法可以帮助电网公司选择合适的发电市场化电量。In the electricity market reform,it is necessary to consider the connection with the original planned market,so the planned electricity is gradually liberalized to participate in market transactions.In order to ensure the interests of power grid companies and ensure the viability of high-cost units,a program based on multi-objective optimization and MPEC is given to determine the amount of power generation liberalization in the power market. The two-layer optimization model is used and constructed and transformed into a standard model that is easy to solve. The principle and transformation method are explained in detail. The upper-level optimization goal of the two-level optimization model is to maximize the profit of the grid company and the survival of high-cost units,and the lower-level model goal is to clear the market with the highest total power generation cost. An example is given to illustrate the calculation principle of the method and different parameters are substituted for simulation. The case study shows that this method can help the grid company choose the appropriate power generation liberalization.
