摘 要:定向钻进在煤矿瓦斯抽采、水害防治等领域得到了较广泛应用,但由于通缆随钻测量系统的通缆钻杆加工工艺复杂、成本昂贵、接头处易磨损等,在一定程度上限制了其应用范围。文中从电磁波随钻测量的原理出发,介绍了矿用电磁波随钻测量系统的设计方案和组成。研制的矿用电磁波随钻测量系统具有探管外径小、测量精度高、工作时间长、不依赖于通缆钻杆、适用于空气钻进等优点。项目组在取得防爆证和煤矿安全标志之后,在白水、寺河煤矿进行了测试与应用。测试与应用结果表明,研制的电磁波随钻测量系统在孔中深度距离钻孔施工时能替代通缆随钻测量系统,可显著降低定向钻进的成本。Directional drilling has been widely used in the fields of gas extraction and water damage prevention for coal mines,however,to a certain extent its application scope is limited,because of the complex processing technology,expensive cost and easy damage of the connection of the center cable-type drilling rod.Based on the principle of Electromagnetic Measurement While Drilling(EM-MWD),mine EM-MWD instrument is developed whose system has the advantages of a smaller external diameter exploring tube,high measuring accuracy,long working time,independent of center cable-type drilling rod,and suitable for air drilling.After obtaining the explosion-proof certificate and MA certificate,it has been tested and applied at Baishui and Sihe coal mine.The results show that the electromagnetic wave MWD system can replace the cable MWD system in the drilling operation at medium depth and distance,which can significantly reduce the cost of directional drilling.
