摘  要:针对传统车载数据记录仪缺少视频数据记录功能,不能实时回放视频数据,存储的数据容易丢失等问题,设计了一种基于冗余存储的车载数据记录仪。采用TMS320DM8168为主要视频处理芯片,实现记录仪的视频数据记录与回放功能;采用数据库管理两个固态硬盘,实现记录仪的冗余存储功能。结合连续工作72 h、高低温贮存实验结果,表明该记录仪运行稳定,视频记录与回放功能实用性强,数据存储的可靠性高。Aiming at the problems of the traditional vehicle data recorder,such as the lack of video data recording function,the inability to playback the video data in real time,and the easy loss of the stored data,a vehicle data recorder based on redundant storage was designed. TMS320 DM8168 was used as the main video processing chip to realize the video data recording and playback function of the recorder. Two solid state hard disks are managed by database to realize the redundancy storage function of the recorder.Combined with the experimental results of 72 hours continuous operation and high and low temperature storage,it is shown that the recorder runs stably,the video recording and playback function is practical,and the data storage reliability is high.
