摘　　要：本文主要针对国内外管道完整性管理领域的标准以及相关法规的内容、要求,探讨了国内外该领域标准的差异。分析国内外管道企业完整性管理工作的共同点和主要区别,在紧密围绕ISO管道完整性管理标准发展的基础之上,系统性的对我国管道完整性管理进行了回顾,同时根据国内外管道完整性标准和管理情况,对管道完整性标准后续发展的做出启示,提出了在ISO标准中整合各国管道完整性管理标准优点,以及国内规划完善管道完整性管理标准体系的建议。The differences between domestic and foreign standards in the field of pipeline integrity management are discussed in terms of the content and requirements of relevant standards,laws and regulations.The similarities and distinctions of pipeline integrity management at home and abroad are analyzed,and the pipeline integrity management in China is reviewed systematically based on the development of the relevant ISO standards.Meanwhile,enlightenment on the subsequent development of pipeline integrity standards are provided according to the pipeline integrity standards and management at home and abroad.Further,it proposes to integrate the advantages of the standards on pipeline integrity management in China and foreign countries into the ISO standards,and suggestions are put forward for the planning and improvement of the standards system for pipeline integrity management in China.
