摘　　要：警务工作标准化是我国建设服务型政府的重要内容之一,本文总结了公安警务诉求集中办理现状,构建涵盖以服务保障标准体系和服务提供标准体系为主体,包括通用基础标准体系的公安警务诉求集中办理标准体系框架,并提出标准体系发展建议。Policing work standardization is an important content of building a service-oriented government in China.This paper summarizes the status quo of centralized handling of police appeals,builds the framework of the standards system for centralized handling of police appeals covering service assurance standards system and service delivery standards system as the main body,including general basic standards system,and proposes suggestions for the development of the standards system.
