摘　　要：目的:浅析VIP门诊护理应用个性化健康管理的临床应用效果。方法:抽取120例VIP门诊患者的病历资料,均源自于2020年6月-2021年6月,根据护理方式的不同分为对照组(n=42)与观察组(n=78),对照组接受常规护理,观察组基于此接受个性化健康管理,就患者生活质量、心理状态及舒适度进行组间比较。结果:观察组患者生活质量评分、心理状态评分及舒适度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:VIP门诊护理中应用个性化健康管理,可保障患者的舒适度,改善其心理状态与生活质量。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of personalized health management in VIP outpatient nursing.Methods:The medical records of 120 VIP outpatients were collected from June 2020 to June 2021.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group(n=42)and observation group(n=78).The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received personalized health management.The quality of life,psychological state and comfort of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of quality of life,psychological state and comfort in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of personalized health management in VIP outpatient nursing can ensure the comfort of patients and improve their psychological state and quality of life.
