摘　　要：目的:探究基于微信平台的标准化管理对固定成分献血者队伍保留率的影响。方法:对固定成分献血者利用基于微信平台的标准化管理,分析该方法对于队伍保留率的效果。结果:采用微信平台进行标准化管理后,固定成分献血者队伍保留率显著提升,两组固定成分献血者2020年2月-2021年1月队伍保留率均低于2019年1月-2020年1月,但试验组单采血小板队伍平均保留率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将固定成分献血者使用微信平台进行标准化管理,献血者队伍的保留率显著增加。Objective:To explore the impact of the WeChat platform-based standardized management on the retention rate of fixed-component blood donors.Methods:Standardized management based on WeChat platform was used for fixed component blood donors,and the effect of this method on team retention rate was analyzed.Results:After the use of WeChat platform for standardized management,the retention rate of the fixed-component blood donor team was significantly improved.The retention rates of the two groups of fixed-component blood donors from February 2020 to January 2021 were lower than those from January 2019 to January 2020.But the average retention rate of the plateletcollecting team in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of the WeChat platform for standardized management of fixed-component blood donors has significantly increased the retention rate of the blood donor team.
