摘　　要：近来年,随着电子信息技术的飞速发展,移动医学成为了国内外医学领域关注热点,微信平台已成为常用社交工具之一,微信平台与延续护理的完美融合,使其具有及时快捷、方便智能、形式多样,不因时间、距离等条件限制等优势。本文综述了微信平台在血液净化中心延续护理的应用,旨在为开展和提高微信平台在血液净化中心的延续护理提供参考标准。In recent years,with the rapid development of electronic information technology,mobile medical has become the focus in medical field,WeChat platform has become one of the common social tools.The perfect integration of WeChat platform and continuous care has the advantages such as timeliness and fastness,convenience and intelligence,a variety of forms,no limits of time and distance.This paper reviews the application of WeChat platform in continuous care of blood purification centers,aiming to provide reference standards for developing and improving continuous care of WeChat platform in blood purification centers.
