摘　　要：辨证是中医的特色和精华,是诊治疾病的基本原则,推拿作为临床治疗伤科疾病的有效疗法之一,需要建立与临床实际相符的辨证体系,以提高诊疗准确率并体现推拿疗法的特色,故有必要对临床常用的推拿辨证方法进行总结、分析,以期完善推拿学科的辨证理论。文章通过回顾近20年的伤科推拿相关文献发现,推拿辨证方法多样,与中医内科、针灸等辨证体系不同。推拿辨证体系以筋骨辨证为主,经络辨证、脏腑辨证、八纲辨证、时相性辨证等为辅。今后需进一步统一、完善,以展现推拿的特色,提高临床疗效。Syndrome differentiation,the characteristic and essence of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),is the basic principle of diagnosis and treatment.As one of the effective therapies for traumatology,Tuina is required to establish a dialectical system consistent with clinical practice so as to improve the accuracy of diagnosis and treatment and to show the characteristics of Tuina therapy.Therefore,it is necessary to summarize and analyze the commonly used methods of syndrome differentiation in order to improve the theory of syndrome differentiation in Tuina.By reviewing the relevant literature of traumatology Tuina in recent 20 years,it is found that the methods of syndrome differentiation are diverse,which is different from the internal medicine of TCM and acupuncture.The syndrome differentiation system of tuina is mainly based on the syndrome differentiation of muscles and bones,supplemented by the syndrome differentiation of meridians,viscera,eight principles and phases.In the future,it needs to be further unified and improved to show the characteristics of Tuina and improve the clinical curative effect.
