摘 要:目的:观察不同处理方式下艾燃烧生成物对ApoE^(-/-)小鼠免疫平衡的影响,拟初步界定不同处理方式下艾燃烧生成物中活性物质的存在形式和范围。方法:ApoE^(-/-)小鼠随机分为5组:模型组、艾烟组、滤过艾烟组、艾绒加热组、艾叶精油组,分别采用艾烟、滤过艾烟、艾绒加热、艾叶精油方式进行干预,14周后取材检测,采用HE染色观察肝脏病理变化,ELISA法测定血清白介素-17(IL-17)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)含量。结果:与空白组比较,模型组肝细胞索排列紊乱。与模型组比较,艾烟组、滤过艾烟组肝脏病变明显改善,血清IL-17含量及IL-17/TGF-β1比值显著降低(P<0.01);艾烟组血清TGF-β1含量显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:艾烟、滤过艾烟能改善ApoE^(-/-)小鼠肝脏病理,调整免疫平衡,减轻炎症反应,减缓动脉粥样硬化发展进程。Objective:To observe the effects of moxa combustion products(MCP)on immune balance of ApoE^(-/-)mice under different treatments,and preliminarily define the existing form and scope of active substances in MCP.Methods:ApoE^(-/-)mice were randomly divided into 5 groups:model group,moxa smoke group,filtered moxa smoke group,heating moxa floss group,essential oil of Artemisia Argyi group.Four exposure methods of intervention were used,they were named as moxa smoke,filtered moxa smoke,heating moxa floss and essential oil of Artemisia Argyi,respectively.After 14 weeks,the pathological changes of liver were observed by HE staining,the contents of serum IL-17 and TGF-β1 were determined by ELISA.Results:Compared with the blank group,the hepatocyte cord of the model group was disordered.Compared with the model group,liver lesions were significantly improved in the moxa smoke group and filtered moxa smoke group,the contents of IL-17 in serum and the ratio of IL-17/TGF-β1 in the moxa smoke group and the filtered moxa smoke group were significantly decreased(P<0.01),the content of TGF-β1 in serum in the moxa smoke group was significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Moxa smoke and filtered moxa smoke can improve ApoE^(-/-)mice liver pathology,adjust immune balance,reduce inflammatory response,and slow down the development of atherosclerosis.
