国医大师路志正从脾论治雷诺综合征经验  

TCM master LU Zhi-zheng’s experience in treating Raynaud’s syndrome through spleen theory

摘　　要：首届国医大师路志正教授幼承家学,渊源深厚,熟稔经典,学崇《脾胃论》《慎斋遗书》《临证指南医案》等著作,融会贯通,形成了"持中央,运四旁,怡情志,调升降,顾润燥,纳化常"的调理脾胃18字心法要诀。路老在风湿病诊治方面造诣颇深,特别是运用五脏动态相关、调理脾胃为核心的学术思想指导辨治疑难风湿病,具有独特的经验,故文章总结路老从脾论治雷诺综合征经验,并附病案1则,以飨同道。Professor LU Zhi-zheng,the first master of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),inherited his family studies,had a deep origin,was familiar with the classics,and learned and respected classics such as Treatise on the Spleen and Stomach,Medical Books of Shenzhai,and Guide to Clinical Practice with Medical Records.He achieved mastery through a comprehensive study of the classics,and formed the 18 character experimental therapies to regulating the spleen and stomach,which were’holding the center,shipping all around,delighting emotions,adjusting upwarding and downwarding,taking care of moistening and dryness,and maintaining normal intake and transformation’.Professor LU has deep attainments in the diagnosis and treatment of rheumatism.In particular,he has unique experience in using the academic thought of dynamic connection of the five-zang organs and regulating the spleen and stomach as the core to guide the diagnosis and treatment of difficult rheumatism.Therefore,a case of Raynaud’s syndrome treated by professor LU through spleen theory is summarized for fellows.
