摘　　要：中医时间医学最早追溯至《黄帝内经》,在此基础上日趋完善,是以中医理论为基础,研究人体疾病与自然界时间节律之间对应关系的学科,并被运用于疾病诊断、治疗及养生预防等方面。消化系统疾病是临床的常见病,基于时间医学的基础,文章从阴阳消长节律、脏腑主时节律以及营卫运行节律方面探讨消化系统的时间节律,有助于更加全面的认识消化系统疾病,从而指导临床的治疗及预防。Traditional Chinese medicine time medicine can be traced back to the Huangdi Neijing,and it has become more and more perfect on this basis.It is a discipline based on the theory of Chinese medicine that studies the correspondence between human diseases and natural time rhythms,and is used in disease diagnosis,treatment,and health prevention aspect.Digestive system diseases are common clinical diseases.Based on the basis of time medicine,the physiological and pathological rhythms of the digestive system are discussed in terms of the rhythm of waxing and waning of yin and yang,the rhythm of visceral controllings and the rhythm of circulation of ying and wei,which will help to understand the digestive system diseases more comprehensively,and guide clinical treatment and health preservation.
