摘　　要：胆囊炎、胆结石,或胆囊切除后,胆道功能障碍,伴有胆汁反流入胃者甚为多见,此乃引起胃炎之重要因素。胆腑宜疏宜通,临床以"疏"字立法,治疗应从疏降入手,疏即疏泄肝胆,调畅气机;降即理气和胃,降其气逆。创新性地提出"四疏法"(疏胆泄浊、疏管降逆、疏肝通络、疏中消痞)进行治疗,其在辨治胆汁反流性胃炎的独到见解和丰富的临床经验值得学习和推广。Biliary dysfunction caused by cholecystitis,gallstones,or cholecystectomy,which is important and common to bile regurgitational gastritis.The gallbladder and viscera should be dredged and unblocked,TCM master XU Jing-fan has put forward a unique academic perspective of four releasing therapy and treatment started with dispersing and descending.To release stagnated energy of liver and normalizing qi functional activities.Descending means regulating qi and harmonizing stomach.TCM master XU Jing-fan innovatively put forward’four releasing therapy’,dispersing gallbladder and expelling turbidity,dispersing Fu organs and reducing adverse reactions,soothing liver and relieving depression,dispersing chest and eliminating swelling,which has obtained great clinical curative effect and worth to spread.
