针挑疗法治疗羊毛疔的临床经验浅析

摘　　要：羊毛疔为中医病名,因其疹形坚硬似钉而得名,属于现代医学的胃肠型流行性感冒、急性胃炎、急性胆绞痛等范畴。病名出自明代王肯堂之《证治准绳》,在《说铃谈往》《医宗金鉴》《外治寿世方·论五疔状候》《鲙残篇·羊毛疹子辨论》等多部中医学古籍中均有记载,但对羊毛疔的病因、病机等缺乏明确论述,笔者基于多年来运用中医针挑疗法治疗羊毛疔的临床经验并查阅大量古籍,提出本病的病因为郁火,病机为邪郁枢滞,病位在少阳,治疗以散郁通络为法。文章附验案1则,以供探讨。Wool boil is the name of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).It is named after its rash shape is hard and nail-like.It belongs to the categories of gastrointestinal influenza,acute gastritis and acute biliary colic in modern medicine.The name of the disease comes from Ming dynasty WANG Ken-tang’s Zhengsheng for Syndrome and Treatment,which is found in Shuoling Talking to the Past,Yi Zong Jin Jian,External Treatment of Shou Shi Fang·On the Five Symptoms of Furunculosis,The Remnants of the Sword·The Identification of Wool Rash.There are records in many ancient medical books of the motherland,but there is no clear discussion on the cause and pathogenesis of wool boil.Based on the clinical experience of using TCM needle pricking therapy to treat wool boil for many years and consulting a large number of ancient books,the author proposes this disease is caused by fire,the pathogenesis is the stagnation of evil depression,and the disease location is in Shaoyang.Treatment is based on the method dispersing depression and dredging collaterals.The article is accompanied by one case for exploration.
